Tamaki Hiroshi turns 37 today! Happy birthday to this awesome guy and may all his wishes come true! So happy to able to write this post again on my blog, and it’s always a pleasure to post something about him. Here’s hoping 2017 will be a good year for him professionally and personally. He will always be my favourite conductor, pianist, teacher, florist, artist, and of course, usagi! Cookie for you if you know which scene the above photo comes from ๐Ÿ˜‰

If you’ve enjoyed any of Tamaki’s dramas, please do share in the comments which role was memorable and what you liked about it. And if you haven’t seen anything of his, today is a good day to start!

  1. He’s been in tons of dramas but ‘Love Shuffle’ is the only one I’ve actually watched. I did like him in it though. I tried Career but it was just way too silly for me and I tend to like Japanese brand of silly. ๐Ÿ™‚ Asa ga Kita is on The List, so I suppose I’ll get to it at some point.

    • He was great in Love Shuffle! Glad you enjoyed that one. Career was meh, but if you have time, give Nodame Cantabile and Shikaotoko Aoniyoshi a try ๐Ÿ™‚ As for Asa ga Kita, I really need to finish it…

      • Got my hands on Nodame, including the SPs and movies, so I’m going to tackle it next. Don’t know why I haven’t watched it earlier. Thanks for reminding me of it’s existence. ๐Ÿ™‚

      • I hope you enjoy Nodame! It’s awesome on so many levels, although I recognise that its brand of manga-esque humour isn’t everybody’s cup of tea.
